Shipping policy

Here at The Ace of Vapez / Just Jam, we know that offering the best range of vaping goods and having a great website is only a small part of the service. We aim to make sure your product arrives when expected, with the minimum of fuss.

 Please keep in mind that our teams do not work weekends nor bank holidays so orders placed at these times will be dispatched the following working day. Thankyou for your understanding in this. We aim to pick and dispatch orders on the same day if placed before 3pm Mon - Fri exc Bank Holidays. Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation with tracking if applicable. Please keep in mind that 24 and 48 hour services are a guideline and can occasionally take a day longer than expected. Sadly this is out of our control.

For UK orders, we have 3 main delivery methods:

Orders to most of the UK mainland are dispatched by Royal Mail. Orders placed before 3pm will usually be processed that day and delivered in 2 to 4 working days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday. Deliveries to some remote areas and all offshore areas of the UK are sent by Royal Mail Tracked. Please note that Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays. Click here for Royal Mail delivery areas.

Our team do not work Public or Bank Holidays including New Years Day, Christmas Day & Boxing Day, so orders placed on a holiday are sent the next working day. 

You will be kept up to date about the progress of your delivery by email and/or text notifications.

If you have not received your parcel within 10 working days, please contact us or call our Customer Services team.

DPD ORDERS -

DPD orders to most of the UK mainland. You should receive your order on the next working day if placed before 3pm on weekdays. Please use the following table to help:

Place your order by 3pm:
Monday for delivery Tuesday
Tuesday for delivery Wednesday
Wednesday for delivery Thursday
Thursday for delivery Friday
Friday for delivery Saturday (ONLY IF SATURDAY DELIVERY IS SELECTED)

Deliveries placed on Saturdays or Sunday will be fulfilled on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

At this moment we are not shipping internationally, we are working on and looking into the logistics of this and will update this section given time.
